Advice and Technical Assistance in European Projects

Advice and technical support specialised in the management of projects financed by the European Union, collaborating with public administrations and third sector entities.

Since 2021 I have been accompanying regional administrations in the execution of social projects financed by the European Commission within the framework of the Horizon Europe programme. My work includes the identification of funding opportunities, the formulation of proposals, administrative management and the evaluation of results, ensuring compliance with the requirements demanded by the EU and optimizing efficiency in implementation. In this service I also carry out dialogue with the different partners of the European consortium and participate in coordination meetings (universities, research centres, public administrations, etc.).

I currently participate as an external consultant providing technical assistance to the General Directorate of Social Services and Integration of the Community of Madrid, contributing my experience in the design, execution and monitoring of social innovation programs. Among the projects in which I
collaborate are:

• CANCERLESS: A project that seeks to improve the prevention and early detection of cancer in vulnerable populations, promoting equitable access to health services. https://cancerless.eu/
• CO- CAPTAIN: Initiative aimed at improving primary care for cancer prevention in people with mental health problems, and identifying implementation strategies for local communities in 4 pilot sites (Athens, Lodz, Vienna and Madrid) https://cocaptain.eu/

My approach is based on a comprehensive vision of the management of European funds, ensuring that each project meets its strategic objectives and generates a positive and sustainable impact on the community.
