Evaluation of Cooperation
Projects and Baselines

Evaluation of projects of International Cooperation for Development, Humanitarian Action and Education for Sustainable Development and Global Citizenship. The methodology is aimed at measuring the impact of the interventions, providing a systematization of good practices, lessons learned and recommendations for future years of implementation.

I have developed more than 25 final and intermediate evaluations of projects implemented in America, Africa and the Middle East in alliance with the Iñaki Díaz-Consultoría en Cooperación group. Throughout this collaboration we have sought to understand the projects within the framework of their cross-cutting approaches (Human Rights, Gender, Sustainable Local Development, etc.).

My work places a special emphasis on evaluating the impact of each project, identifying improvements in access to rights and in the quality of life of the rights-holder population. During the evaluation process, quantitative and qualitative social research techniques are applied through participatory methodologies with the most relevant actors in the intervention.

Preparation of Baselines, essential to establish a point of reference on the initial situation of each project. These studies allow the generation of solid evidence that facilitates monitoring and comparing progress in achieving the expected results and objectives, thus guaranteeing management based on objective and updated information and that allows continuous learning.

My goal is to provide assessments and baselines that help organizations articulate better strategies, ensuring that each initiative has a positive and lasting impact on the target population.
