Training and Support for NGOs in Project Management and Financing

Specialized training and strategic advice to non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to strengthen their capacities in the formulation, management and evaluation of projects, as well as in the identification of and access to sources of public and private financing.

The aim is to design personalised training programmes adapted to the specific needs of each organisation. Through workshops, practical sessions and individualized advice, I train technical teams in the development of solid proposals, the application of impact evaluation methodologies and the optimization of resources to achieve more effective and sustainable interventions.

In addition, I accompany NGOs in the grant application process, providing guidance in identifying funding opportunities, preparing technical documentation, and matching proposals to the criteria set out in the terms of reference. This support is key to improving the success rate in raising funds and ensuring the long-term viability of projects.
