Participatory Diagnostics and Strategic Plans

Planning and development of Strategic Plans for public administrations and third sector organisations, covering all the methodological phases necessary for their preparation, implementation and monitoring.

The process is based on the contextualisation of the Plan in the corresponding sector of action, whether it is education, social services, culture, development cooperation or others. This methodology includes a comprehensive analysis of the environment, identifying challenges and opportunities, and ensuring that each strategy responds to the real needs of the social context.

One of the fundamental pillars of my methodology is the active participation of key stakeholders. In the preparation of participatory diagnoses, I promote spaces for dialogue and exchange with citizens, institutions and other strategic agents, ensuring that decisions are made collectively and with a solid information base.

The final result is a strategic document, which not only defines objectives and specific lines of action, but also establishes monitoring indicators, optimizes the use of available resources and proposes a realistic timeline for its implementation. My goal is to ensure that each Strategic Plan is an effective, practical tool aimed at achieving social impact.
